As the largest franchised real estate network in Australia, LJ Hooker is a strong brand. However, research revealed that consumers tended to hold a sense of confusion based around the messages, visual cues and core elements presented within the marketplace.

We were approached to better consolidate the messages that LJ Hooker was presenting,

focusing on reaffirming the brand image and core values whilst effectively communicating a modern

and progressive brand.

In doing so, LJ Hooker wanted to uphold the heritage with which the brand had grown, injecting a modern touch point for consumers. We refreshed the brand identity and created a toolkit of elements to support the current information and images used by LJ Hooker.
